Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day, depending on stock availability. Out of stock situations will be notified to you by phone or e-mail. If there is a customizable product in your cart, it will be prepared within the time period specified on the product page and shipped together with the other products in your cart.

Of course. Our Ankara store is open every weekday, mostly between 10:30 AM - 16:30 PM. Since sales are usually made by cargo, we kindly ask you to inform us that you are coming before you stop by the store.

Our brand, of course, vouches for the quality of the products it produces. Upon your request, your defective or faulty product will be immediately replaced with a new one or your money will be refunded. For product or refund, please contact via email or phone.

The shipping fee for shipments within Türkiye is charged at standard pricing when you complete your shopping. Country-specific customs clearance fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
