Cartridge Alignment Protractor

Protractor allows you to get the highest efficiency from the stylus by adjusting the needle cartridge position. It helps to eliminate tracking errors, especially in the inner grooves of the plate.

Cartridge Alignment Protractor provides ease of alignment thanks to its mirrored structure. It helps you to put the cartridge in the correct position with a dual image.

Cartridge angle balance can be adjusted and balance level can be measured on any turntable for alignment.

Operating Instruction

1. Place the protractor on the center shaft of your turntable.
2. With the needle guard removed, slowly insert the stylus into point A.
3. Rotate the cartridge so that the edges of the cartridge are parallel with the guide lines C.
4. Put the needle at point B and verify that the edges are parallel to the guide lines D.
5. If the cartridge edges are not parallel at point B, move the cartridge forward or backward and repeat steps 2-4 until they are parallel to both sides.
